Sao Paulo Film Commission is managed by Spcine and provides assistance in the application for filming permits (the whole process is online and we centralize all the applications in one department) and in accessing film locations, as well as information about the local movie industry. Since its launch on May 2016, São Paulo Film Commission has assisted over 2,700 productions. The city of São Paulo has become the second most wanted shooting destination in Latin America (after Mexico City), hosting more than 1,000 productions per year.
