Fiesta ST180 - Hybrid Turbo Comparison (V1 & VT330R)

Hybrid turbos for the Fiesta ST 180 have become almost as popular as the cars themselves... However there is a lack of understand out there as to what makes a hybrid turbo and what separates one from the other. Today we spent our time speaking to the Turbo Guru Andy Taylor from AET TURBOS while comparing and contrasting the differences between both our famous Fiesta ST180 Hybrid turbos. Both shown incredible gains over both stock and even stage 2 builds and offer a range of different pro's & Cons to one another... It would seem the V1 would offer the ultimate fast road experience seeing a huge amount of power almost instantly opposed to the VT330R which will see a slight increase in lag however counters that negative with the sheer build quality offering a greater endurance and life span over a super stock turbo unit, not to mention another 45hp - this making it the perfect turbo for any form of track use.
