Fattening Hogs on Dumpster Dive Food - Preparation

Just some of my observations on the care and feeding of pigs. This is part of an experiment in raising a small number of pigs for meat production without investing money in feed. My pigs are being raised exclusively on food obtained from my small town dumpsters. The concept is to turn trash into bacon, while using the natural behavior of porcine to cultivate, fertilize and weed undeveloped land to profitably grow organic vegetables with minimal machinery and investment.
