The ending to Legend of The Star quest. Collect 50 Blue Star caps and insert them into Festus and you get a good story a sad death, and a little somthing to burn holes in people.
Note: This isn't really a walk through, I know there are caps in the boxes, and yes you're supposed to fail this. I'm a fan of story line and fluff. I enjoyed this story and wanted to share it.
