Arthur Phelps finds the last Nightkin in the facility's underground. He is guarding the way down to the launch pad of two rockets which Jason Bright is planning to use for his mission to bring his followers to the promised land. However, they still need some vital ingredients to launch the rockets. That's where Arthur thinks he's done already enough for the Bright followers and leaves for Novac to take a rest. He needs to find evidence about who sold Boone's wife to the Legion.
