Fallout 4 [Nuka World]: Weapon Spotlights: Sword of Wonders

The Sword Of Wonders is the sword wielded by the ghoulish magician in the Kiddie section of Nuka World. You can get this sword when you kill him or you spare him in the tower boss fight. I killed him because he is a filthy ghoul. The Sword of Wonders is essentially a Chinese officer sword with the penetrating Legendary effect, this makes it ignore 30% or energy and ballistic damage. This works well when your sword is fitted with the stun mod, which deals additional energy damage on top of your ballistic. Why are there so many Chinese Swords in the USA? Were there spies everywhere in the US carrying these things around?
