The criteria specified at clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of rule 83 of the CGST Rules, 2017 2. Whose enrloment on GST portal in terms of sub-rules (2) has already been approved as on 31.05.2019. This means that the person who has been a sales taxes return preparer or tax return preparer having experience of atleast 5 years & has obtained the GST PCT 02 before 31st MAY 2019, shall be eligible for the examination to be conducted on 14th June 2019.
