Exploring Xindian Night Market (新店區)

Once I got down from Hemei Trail (和美山步道), I crossed the Bitan Suspension Bridge and went towards Xindian Road. It was evening and there were food stalls everywhere. I had a baozi from this one stall and it was amazing! Also! The lady truly could've ripped me off, as there weren't any signs that said the price of the baozi, so I gave her 30 TWD. She waved her hand and head, gave me back the 20TWD and just smiled. It was really great to see that. Now, I don't know the name of the shop and didn't find it on Google Maps. However, I found the stall that's literally right next to the baozi stall, and the name of is 古早味蔥抓餅 and the location is: No. 232, Xindian Rd, Xindian District, New Taipei City, Taiwan 231 After that, I went to a little shop and saw some awesome noodles. I pointed towards it, but I think the lady got confused, since it wasn't the same noodle dish I pointed to, plus it tasted really so-so. But I was glad to see her passion when she was telling me to try her pork with rice (zhu rou fan 滷肉飯). I can see the enthusiasm and passion in her eyes, so I had to try it. And I'm glad I did. It was amazing. It tasted very creamy and flavorful. And I think it may be my favorite zhu rou fan so far. As for the name of the place and location, that I couldn't find. However, it's still on Xindian Road, so you shouldn't have an issue finding it. If anything, just take a screenshot of the shop from my video and that should make it easier for you to find.
