Well, Carcano is really easy compared to the last boss. If you have that skill, start with Giant Knuckle to get rid of the two henchmen, then use Magna Rave on Carcano to defeat him. There are some more scenes after the battle, so watch 'til the end. I love Carcano, he's funny. He has about 4000HP, drops Prehistoric Coin x2.
