Everything But Butt Workout

AS WISHED you get to see my face in this one, since its upper body mostly its easier to work my computer camera in that angle. This video is uploaded for www.Hun.is (icelandic website) for beginner and more advanced workouts, but its for everyone to enjoy if they want. THE HEAD THING: I have a neck injury from a car accident, cant hold my head up in some workouts for a long time thats why its down resting alot :P I am not a professional, i do not have perfect form, just the average girl doing workouts that other average girls can enjoy :D I make up my own names for some of the workouts, easy to remember PLUS its so much fun !
