This is cheaper than Marauders and most faction battleships. Training time from the beginning ~ 3 months. As ammo more profitable to use T1 heavy missiles instead T2, because T2 are very expensive. You should train some additional skills in the missile skill group: Guided Missile Precision, Missile Bombardment, Missile Projection, Rapid Launch, Target Navigation Prediction, Warhead Upgrades. Profit ~ 60 mil isk in 35 min, this mission.
