ETS2 Mack Pinnacle Update

Now it's really coming together. Interior was from Extreme Trucker 2, straight conversion. Still need to do some things to the outside model as well inside, and also tweaked the sounds a bit. This is what Mack trucks do sound like since they're a part of the Volvo family. (almost the same engine)
