Estimation for Social Services Information Systems: Lessons from the Trenches

Cost estimating for social services information systems is a critical component of successful project planning and management. This webinar will share techniques for accurately estimating information technology projects, from early stage rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates through change requests during project development and implementation.
