Cost estimating for social services information systems is a critical component of successful project planning and management. This webinar will share techniques for accurately estimating information technology projects, from early stage rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates through change requests during project development and implementation. The webinar will share lessons learned in California using cost estimation principles and processes for project planning and throughout implementation and operation.
