Hero of the Precinct One will create a 1/1 token every time you cast a multicoloured spell. To help protect your Planeswalkers, focus your removal on unblockable or flying creatures as all others can be blocked with tokens. You should easily be able to Ultimate your Liliana or Teferi to cement your victory. You may also open the game up by sacrificing your health rather than opening up with a turn 2 hero that will more than likely be removed. This lets your opponent think you have nothing and they will proceed to burn you or miss use spells on Bell-Haunt.
