2 Egg Yolk (Not Whole Eggs)
1 Cup /225g Sugar
1 Tbsp / 25g Cornflour
1 1/2 Cups / 355 ml Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence

ADD 2 TBSP OF CUSTARD POWDER WITH ONE CUP OF MILK
Whipping Cream:
1 cup /225ml Double Cream
3/4 Cup /105 g icing sugar
2 Tbsp Vanilla essence
Pastry
1 cup / 128g Plain Flour
1/2 Cup /125g Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup / 70g Icing Sugar
Topping :
Shredded Coconut
