EP23: Travel to BEIJING | The Forbidden City | Temple of Heaven | Emperor's Summer Palace | 2019

Our first full day in the Capital City, we explore the ever popular Forbidden City and walk through the FIVE Grand Gates (including the Emperor's personal middle gate). So much history enriched in these walls. We take a stroll over to the Summer Palace of the Emperor. Although we did not go into the Palace itself, we walked around the park and the huge man-made lake. Finally we witness the marvel of the Temple of Heaven and its hallowed grounds.
