Working out at my alma mater with the Elevation Training Mask 2.0. Resistance set to 9,000ft breathing elevation. The body feels like it is drowning and forces you to take long deep breathes strengthening the diaphragm and intercostal muscles. I know it's nothing special but I was just trying it out for the first time. This is just a small portion of the workout.
Side note: Competing in cross country and track for 3 years in high school and am now in second year of college still competing both cross country and track.
