The Elder Scrolls Online Beta non-disclosure agreement is now lifted, so here's the Character Creator. I've decided to make it short and sweet, right to the point. I thought I had chosen a Breton, but apparently I didn't change it from the previous character creation option, and there's a reason for the discrepancy, so I might get into that in the future.
