Efest Luc V4 vs. Xtar VC4 quick review

Here I talk way to quietly about the top two Lithium Ion battery chargers available IMHO. It was 230 am when I shot the video and edited it so you can barely hear me and I forgot a bunch of stuff.. Not a great review at all but it'll work! Safe Plooms guys.
