Echo cs590 ported and polished.

My cs590 that I ported. .019 squish. 145 psi@ 3000 ft. Air box modified. Muffler modded. Intake and exhaust widened. Staggered transfers. Exhaust timiming adjusted.and polished. Cs620 coil. Hda191 main jet. Cs620 aluminum Handel. Aluminum skid plate. This saw is a whole diffrent animal now. I couldn't be happier with this saw. I am cutting ponderosa pine that is green. The rounds are as big as I can cut with that bar. So the bar is fully buried. Plenty of power. I find my self not needing full throttle to cut any more. 3/4 seems to do just fine. You can hear in the second cut. That I started the cut at about 3/4 throttle and then opened it up to full throttle in the cut. You can hear the difference. In rpm.
