Easy Rice Pudding Recipe: Serves 3-4 Ingredients: 1/2 cup long-grain white rice ⅓ cup sugar ¼ tsp salt 3.5 cups whole milk 2 tsp vanilla paste ¼ cup heavy cream Directions: Place rice in a nonstick pan, and add the sugar, salt, and milk. Give that a stir and bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to medium low and cook for 35 minutes until the rice is soft and the liquid has cooked down a lot. Make sure it never comes to a full rolling boil, and stir every five minutes. Turn the heat off and add the vanilla paste and heavy cream. Chill the rice pudding for at least 4 hours, then the rice pudding can be served. Enjoy!
