Early Season UK Dry Fly Fishing with the Elk Hair Caddis for Brown Trout

After Saturday's fly fishing trip to the Rver Exe I knew the brown trout were now rising for dry flies so I was keen to get back as it is a bit of an addiction! The River Exe is still flowing a little high and heavy for the brown trout to have moved into their summer lies but I managed to get a couple to rise, showed off my diving skills and chatted to a couple of characters you meet while standing in the middle of a river!
