Cake trifle : Ingredients: Milk 1 kg Custard powder 4 tbsp Sugar 8 tbsp Biscuits 1 packet Jam for garnishing Cream for garnishing Method: In half cup of milk add custard powder and dissolve it then add in cool milk .then add sugar start spoon continuously stirring and cook .when milk thick then stove off and cool it then add crushed biscuits mix .after this garnish with add cream ,biscuits and jam and serve . Arbi paratha : Ingredients: Chicken mince 250 grams Chopped spring onion 1 Chopped capsicum 1 Salt to taste Black pepper ¼ tsp White pepper ¼ tsp Oil 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp Mozzarella cheese as required Frozen parathay 3 White sauce 1 tsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Ingredients for white sauce: Margarine 2 tbsp Flour 1 tbsp Salt 1 pinch Black pepper ¼ tsp Milk as required Method: Heat oil then ginger garlic paste then mince roast .after this except mozzarella cheese all ingredients of mince mix and cook then stove off .then melt the margarine and mix the sauce ingredients .now mozzarella cheese mix .now mixture place on pratha and fold it and serve it . Shaljam Aur Patton ki subzi: ingredients: Turnip 1 kg Salt to taste Oil 12 cup For Garlic Chatney : Garlic 4-5 cloves White cumin ½ tsp Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp Salt to taste Method: All garlic chatney ingredients mix and grind it .now turnip cut the thickly and boil then strain with hand .then grind it .after this in a pan heat oil and add grinded turnip ,salt and garlic chatney and roast well then dry the water .finally cook on low heat for 10 minutes and serve .
