The Duchess of Cambridge has visited the Evelina Children's Hospital in Lambeth, south London.
She joined young patients at a creative arts workshop led by the National Portrait Gallery, designed to promote health, well being and happiness through art.
The Duchess was presented with the wreaths by Savannah Wheeler-Waddison, four, and her brother, Luke, ten.
