Dual Strike has decent clear speed - Legion (3.7)

Trying out Dual Strike with 2 Rebuke of the Vaal swords. Elemental build. Clear speed felt nice but i did not like bossing with Dual Strike. -----Time stamps----- 0:31 about build 4:13 items, skills, links, passive - -----Passive tree and PoB----- PoB import: https://pastebin.com/5hVLCqVy - Ascendancy: Slayer Bandits: Alira (crit. multi., mana regen., all resistances) - Auras and buffs: Hatred, Precision, Herald of ice, Blood rage, Frost bomb, Ancestral protector, Vaal Ancestral warchief. Cwdt + immortal call + flesh offering + enfeeble. - Unique items used: Rebuke of the Vaal, Atziri's Promise, Might and Influence, Mark of the Elder, Watcher's eye (flat cold damage while using Hatred).
