Milk shake are very healthy options for cold drinks or canned juices.They are full of protein.When mixed with nuts they become absolutely marvellous specially for the kids.Make them colourful so the children will love them.
Ingredients
Milk...........................................……………. 250 ml
Water......................................…………….. 100 ml
Sugar................................... ……………….. 8 tsp
Coconut powder.........................…………….. 2 tsp
Cashew nut......................... ………………… 10
Almonds.............................. ………………… 5
Green cardamom ....................………………. 3
Pinch of green food colour............................. diluted in water
Pinch of yellow food colour ............................diluted in water
Kewra essence.............................................. few drops
Method
1) Dry grind the coconut powder,sugar,almonds green cardamom and cashewnuts.
2) Take milk and add water.
3) Mix dry grind mixture to it.Mix well.
4) Add kewra water
5)Take two glasses,put two tsp each of diluted yellow and green colour.
6) Add milk mixture to each glass mix well.
Your dry fruit milk shake is ready.
