Ying Luo, 31, is the third man arrested over the Sydney shooting of Chinese man Qin Wu (pictured), 37, at a makeshift Buddhist temple (right), known to double as a meeting point for drug dealers, in February. Luo - who was already in jail on drugs charges - is accused of running out of the Guildford temple during gunfire before returning and shooting himself in the leg with a handgun. He was arrested on Wednesday morning after investigations and charged with one count of murder and one of attempted murder and was refused bail.
