They don't have to be your Instructor for the Dual Ultimate Attack just so you know. I'm also aware that perfect Cell has an dual ultimate attack as well in his partner customisation skill set but for some reason I didn't get it as a separate skill. And I have his friendship meter maxed so it might be something that they have to patch up eventually.
