It contains probably the biggest riff of their career and is just absolutely blistering throughout. The solo section contains a multitude of techniques including fast legatos, alternate picking, screaming harmonics and the classic tapping section. "Dr. Feelgood" is truly a masterpiece of the hard rock genre that spanned from the from the early 80's to the early 90's.
