Mandy Horvath lost her legs at the age of 21 after she was hit by a train. But she hasn’t let it slow her down and has since made it to the summit of Pikes Peak. “People tell me that I can’t. I’ll definitely show them that I can,” Horvath told TODAY’s Megyn Kelly.
