For this camera, you do not have to pay additional fees when ordering, you get this still at $99, with free shipping. The second dual wifi camera has the quality of 4K + 480P which is an Ultra HD resolution camera. The customer has to pay an additional cost of about $49 for this 4k option camera when ordering. Even at this extra fee, it's way better than many drones in the price range.
