Ella who is a six year old french bulldog tries fermented herring. It does not work out Well. Eating fermented herring is a very strong tradition in our family and it is considered a delicacy in Sweden. IT can take years to learn to eat it because of the terrible smell and the peculiar sour and salty taste. Once you get use to it almost turns into an addiction. I have not given up Hope on Ella yet and I Will let her try again, but I Will make sure to remove the carpet next time.
