A competition in trampoline consists of three routines, two in the qualification round and one in the final. A routine must show good control, constant height and correct style. It consists of 10 different skills performed as high rhythmic moves and each of them may land on the feet, front or back. Top gymnasts perform various double and triple somersaults also combined with twists at around 9-10 meters above the floor!
At Baku 2015, Trampoline Gymnastics will feature 53 athletes, with competition starting on 17 June and ending on 21 June 2015. The competition will feature four medal events – individual and synchronised events for women and the same for men.
