DIY turn a regular cheap oscillating fan into a wall mounted fan for my 4x4 grow tent

Instead of buying a pricey wall mount fan i decided to make something i could use to mount a normal cheap oscillating fan from walmart. i have hung these upside down in the tent before and it would work for a while but then the gears would strip. you can just strap a fan to the side so i built a mount that goes in the tent poles for stability and ratchet rope pulley to adjust the height.
