DIY Splitter! - How to make & install

DIY video walking you through how to make and install a splitter yourself. This is the same process for any vehicle. Just create a cardboard template, then trace that cardboard out of a higher grade material of your choice. ACM is light, cheap and fairly strong. Here is a list of things you will need to get the job done - 4x8 foot 1/8 inch ACM, Jig Saw ( To cut out splitter ) File ( To clean up edges ) Loctite 15 second glue, Ebay splitter rods, Ebay rubber trim 1/8 inch, Drill and drill bit, Bolts/nuts/washers, 220 Grit Sand Paper.
