Diy: Quick and Simple Petticoat

I have made different styles of petticoats and this is by far the easiest and fastest way that I have made one. I came up with this method by experimenting with making tulle skirts. I tried one on under one of my skirts and it worked great as a petticoat. This petticoat is great for beginners or can be used as a temporary petticoat or you can use it all the time like I do. Care instructions: Wash it on the gentle cycle and hang to dry. To get wrinkles out just hang it up in the shower when you take a hot shower and the wrinkles should fall out.
