diy headlights 240sx

ok so i am going to try and make my headlight housings for the 240 before i go buy them for $300+ from a dealer. I started working on the driver side first and got some of it done, but i broke both cutting wheels, so i need to go buy some more. I put on the car so you can get an idea of what it is going to look like, it is going to look like te supermade housings if i do this right. Wish me luck!!!
