This is a simple curry using Suva (dill) and Lentils also known as "Suva ni bhaji" in Gujarati. It requires very few ingredients and quick to cook. It is very healthy and perfect for people with diabetes. It tastes heaven when served hot with warm bajri (millet) rotla or Makai rotla and gujarati kadhi. This is traditional Gujarati recipe I got from my mother and I just devour this dish when I make it. Suva ni bhaji (fresh dill) is easily available at Indian Grocery stores or wherever available.
