Dig Once Policy would be great for New York City streets

A number of New Yorkers are frustrated with the excessive amount of construction work that continues to occur throughout the city. Adopting a policy such as Dig Once, which requires the Department of Transportation and other utility services to coordinate, would result in one large construction project to take place instead of so many smaller ones.
