Stuffed Paav Ingredients Maida Yeast Baking powder Salt Sugar Sesame Vinegar Chicken piece Onion spring Chopped onion Chopped celery Chopped ginger- garlic Brown sugar Tomato sauce Chilly paste Chill powder Chilly sauce Hoyson sauce Corn flour(mix in some water) Preparations Mix maida, yeast sugar, salt oil, vinegar and mild hot water as chapati dough consistency. Cover it with a wet cloth and set aside for ½ an hr. Heat oil in a pan. Saute Ginger-garlic, onion,celery, chilly paste and chicken Mix with chilly powder, soya sauce, hoyasauces,tomato sauce,spring onion, corn flour. For Dip Boil some water Add some chopped green chilly and salt Add some soya sauce Add some baking powder to the dough and mix again Make some balls from the dough Take each balls and fill the gravy inside the balls and roll it. Set it aside for 15 min and cover it with a wet cloth Steam the Paav in a idli cooker for 15 min.
