A look at the Modulation modes and waveforms using the DG-4102 Arbitrary Waveform Generator. AM, DSSC (DSB suppressed carrier). Sine, Square, Triangle, Noise, and Arbitrary Waveform modulations demonstrated. DG-4102 Frequency accuracy checked using a DSA815 Spectrum Analyzer. DS7102V Digital Storage Scope Frequency accuracy checked compared to the DSA815 and DG-4102 measurement and setting. My comments about using hold off triggering in the video might need a bit of clarification. The hold off doesn't allow the scope to trigger on the next rf cycle higher than the trigger level but instead forces the scope to wait for the first rf pulse at that level in the next modulation cycle instead. Thus triggering follows the audio modulation envelope rather than the rf carrier frequency.
