[DFFOO] Testing out Vaan’s Rework

Glad SE finally reworked Vaan now. They gave him some potency buffs on both skills and overflow too, he recovers brv depending on the hp damage he dealt with his skills and he gets a framed buff called “Soaring to Freedom” that is an atk and brv regen buff to self, happy I can use him again in Cosmos runs ? #DISSIDIAFINALFANTASYOPERAOMNIA #DFFOO #FINALFANTASY
