Destiny 2: How to Do The Gauntlet Challenge Mode - Leviathan Raid

The Gauntlet challenge mode is the second challenge mode for Leviathan. It is also the most obnoxious thing I think I've ever tried explaining to people. Good lord this is a mess. Look, I'm sure that my group took extra steps that we didn't end up needed to do. BUT, this is what worked for my group and right now, I care more about telling you how to be successful as opposed to trying to explain the rules to this challenge. The "rule," I think, is that you can't get on the plates more than once per encounter, at all. You SHOULD be able to hop on and off DURING the run phase itself if you need to, but as soon as it's over, no more plates. This means, 2 people touch plates during first run phase as you rotate around the room, 2 people second, 2 people third, that's 6. The rule isn't technically that each person needs to do each "job" once, but if I tell you that, you have a much more straightforward path to success. I am 99.9% sure the static plate strategy does not work here and you need to rotate. It did not work for my group. Honestly, the example of how we did it is probably going to be of more assistance that me trying to explain what the hell we did, so I'd suggest watching that, it starts around 2:50. If you do what my group did, which is rotate jobs every run phase, you will beat the challenge. If you DON'T do what we did, I can in no way guarantee you'll beat the challenge. If you come up with your own method, share it in the comments. But in 4 hours, with 2 hours of testing, this is what I was able to conclude.
