Demi Lovato Reveals Emotional Coming Out Story

Okay so, while on Andy Cohen's SiriusXM show Radio Andy, Demi was talking about the idea of starting a family. As you may know, Demi describes herself as sexually fluid, and so when chatting with Andy, she was saying how she didn’t know if it would end up with a man or woman, saying QUOTE "I'm still figuring it out. I didn't officially tell my parents that I saw myself ending up possibly with a woman too, until 2017." Andy then asked how that went, and Demi said this. Demi went on to say she has incredible parents and that they were so supportive. And apparently her dad had already kinda known before she told him. If you’re wondering how he knew, Demi said it was actually because of her song ‘Cool For The Summer.’ As for her mom’s reaction, she said QUOTE "My mom was the one that I was super nervous about, but she was like, ‘I just want you to be happy.' And that was so beautiful and amazing. I'm so grateful," Demi also opened up about the idea of maybe just starting a family on her own, saying QUOTE "I don't know what my future looks like. I don't know if I'm going to have kids this year or in 10 years. I don't know if I'm gonna do it with a partner or without, because women don't need partners. Amen!" Amen is right!
