Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas sing "This Is Me" live in Epcot at Walt Disney World

Demo Lovato and Joe Jonas performed a small concert in Epcot at Walt Disney World on February 11, 2010 during a media party as part of a day honoring Volunteers during the "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" promotion.
