Delray Needs Rescue ASAP! His time is running out at the shelter!

"Update 1/24/20 Rescued!" Delray is young at just over one year old. He is confused why he is back in the shelter. Delray world has turned upside down when he was surrender to the shelter. He needs a calm foster home where he can learn to trust people and gain confidence. Delray wants to play but stops himself and gets confused and doesn't know how to handle playful feelings perhaps? He may have been yelled at with his prior owner and why he doesn't fully trust people? Whatever is going on in his head we can only guess.
