Delicious Lebanese Street Food: Vegetarian Falafel/Hummus/Salad Wraps in Camden Market, London.

There is this market stall going by the name "Falafel Time" serving these gorgeous pure vegetarian wraps in Camden Lock Market, London.............what makes the wrap such a treat is that they wrap it in a Lebanese flat bread or Saj bread (almost like an Indian style naan bread) & then grill it so it's served piping hot........warning these wraps are absolutely delicious !!! There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because they make everything in full view of you. The filling includes: Hummus, mixed Salad, Falafel, Green & Black Olives, Pickled Gherkin, Pickled Ginger, Pickled Lemon, Pickled Turnip (coloured with Beetroot), Tahini, Chilli Sauce and Feta Cheese. (To anyone wondering if feta cheese should go into the wrap; the question is not one we would ask because all we want to know is if its delicious & the answer to that is a definite yes). The proprietor Ali Is Lebanese & his wife is from Egypt; where both countries have their own take on falafel so this stall is a result of taking the best from those countries & coming up with their own distinctive taste.
