DeKalb PD use choke hold and use taser on him while he is in choke hold.

DeKalb County and DeKalb City PD pull over man without cause and cannot/do not provide the reason they pull him over. They then demand he get out of the vehicle. He has no weapons or warrants. He does not want to get out of the vehicle, but does comply. It ends with THREE officers taking him down and using an unlawful choke hold and using the taser on him as he is in a choke hold.
