Deals worth Ksh. 10 billion signed between Kenyan and american businesses at AMCHAM summit 2018

Deals worth 100 million dollars, or about 10 billion shillings, have been signed between Kenyan and American businesses, at the on going American Chamber of Commerce Summit 2018. President Uhuru Kenyatta officially opened the summit, with the U.S Under Secretary of State Gilbert Kaplan as the chief guest. A 450 million dollar deal between Gulf Energy and General Electric for the development of coal power is however still under discussion.
