Ign bluvirage Deadpool T3 Debuff is nuts it is what makes him do the damage he is able to do in seconds. For all who believe he wasn't strong enough when he came out you most of been out of your mind. His T3 basically takes any bosses defenses and make them Zero, making him do nothing but raw damage. Yes I am missing the procs on t3 skill for a reason. T3 skill is great but you do more damage on boss after you drop 3 skill for more Def down and proc on 5/4. The t3 skill with proc could never do as much damage as I was doing with the way I am telling you to do it.
